(I not only arranged, but also made my own translation for "Pat-a-pan", since I couldn't find a verifiably public domain version, and because I was able to better match the meaning and rhyme scheme of the original than any translation I found.) It was to encourage "around the piano" singing at Christmas-time because multiple copies of it could be printed out and distributed. It is quite popular, boasting almost 20 thousand downloads.
