		<description>Some people are experiencing problems because they are using Firefox and have configured it to not send referrer information. People who configure their browsers this way will not be able to access the PDF files. However, there is a plugin that will allow folks in that situation to selectively send referrer information to sites that require it. You can find it here: (no endorsement should be implied, I haven&#039;t tried it.)
